Orders ship M-F from Poland, OH. You will receive a separate email with tracking once your order is shipped. We do our very best to ensure your items arrive safe and sound. However, if something arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for replacement. Please do not destroy the item(s) or package due to carrier’s request of possible inspection.

IN STORE PICK UP

Yay! Come visit us...
Pick up during store hours in as little as 30 minutes from the time you placed your order! We'll notify you via email as soon as your items are ready to be picked up. Please bring your ID. If you have not received a notification of your order being ready and are heading our way, send us a text (330-503-9592) and we'll get right on it!

RETURN POLICY

We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is accompanied by a receipt and remains in perfect, unused condition with tags attached.*

Please understand we are a small, local business. All returns are for store credit which can be used in-store or online, and the credit does not expire. After 30 days all sales are final. All sale items and special orders are final sale. Gift card sales are final and do not expire.

*We are unable to refund incurred shipping fees.

Return by mail using whichever courier you prefer, or contact us via email/phone to send you a return label in which the cost of shipping the return will be deducted from your total refund. Tired of looking at each individual tag on EVERYTHING. More research on newborns, scarier it can be out there. Yikes! And so the story goes... It all began with a struggle to find cute options that utilized design and style without the use of harmful chemicals in the making.
