Orders ship M-F from Poland, OH. You will receive a separate email with tracking once your order is shipped. We do our very best to ensure your items arrive safe and sound. However, if something arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for replacement. Please do not destroy the item(s) or package due to carrier’s request of possible inspection.

Yay! Come visit us...
Pick up during store hours in as little as 30 minutes from the time you placed your order! We'll notify you via email as soon as your items are ready to be picked up. Please bring your ID. If you have not received a notification of your order being ready and are heading our way, send us a text (330-503-9592) and we'll get right on it!

We stand behind the quality of our goods, but we understand sometimes it’s just not the right fit. Please understand we are a small, local business. We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is accompanied by a receipt and remains in perfect, unused condition with tags attached.* All returns are for store credit which can be used in-store or online, and the credit does not expire. After 30 days all sales are final. All sale items are final sale. Gift card sales are final and do not expire. *We are unable to refund incurred shipping fees.
Return by mail using whichever courier you prefer, or contact us via email/phone to send you a return label in which the cost of shipping the return will be deducted from your total refund. It all began with a struggle to find cute options that utilized design and style without the use of harmful chemicals in the making.
